A：We deliver globally.

･DOES KSK SET ANY MOQ?
A：No, we usually do NOT set any MOQ.

･WHAT MATERIALS CAN KSK WORK WITH?
A：We work with aluminum, stainless steel, steel and copper.

･WHO WILL BE KSK'S CONTACT FOR US?
A：We have Vietnamese, Japanese and fluent English speaking members.

･WHAT IS KSK'S SHIPPING TERM?
A：We basically ship FOB. We are happy to discuss.

･WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KSK ACCEPT?
  ANY PAYMENT TERMS? 
A：We accept PayPal and T/T.
　  50% advence payment at the time of order placement is generally required.

･CAN KSK DO 5 AXIS MILLING?
A：Yes, we currently have 3 5axis machining  centers.

･WHAT IS KSK'S TURNAROUND TIME OF PRODUCTION?
A：Depending on your location, complexity of parts, quantity and other requirements,
       our turnaround time really varies.
    Here are some general transit time for your information (To the USA)
     (By Sea) Transit time from Ho Chi Minh to the West Coast: 14-28 days.
  　　         East Coast: 28-42 days.
     (By Air) Transit time from Ho Chi Minh to the US by air: 3-7 days.
       *Please note that actual transit may be shorter or longer.

･HOW SOON CAN KSK PROVIDE A QUOTATION?
A：We respond very fast. We usually provide a quotation within 48 hours.
       However, we put higher priority on understinding your requirements and offering
       the best quotation. It might take longer than your expectation, but we keep
       updating you on our progress.
